The need for diapers is great, but so are the opportunities to help meet the need! From making a donation, to volunteering, to helping spread awareness of diaper need, there are many ways to help alleviate diaper need in Idaho.
There are many ways to help address diaper need in Idaho besides making a monetary donation. Hosting a diaper drive is a great way to collect diapers and dollars. Starting a drop off location will make it easier for people in your community to work together to fulfill diaper need. Even simply raising awareness of this significant, but frequently underrepresented issue, can affect great change in your community.
Ways to Give Diapers
The Idaho Diaper Bank relies on the community to help collect diapers and raise dollars to purchase diapers in bulk. Nearly 33,000 infants and toddlers in Idaho need reliable access to the basic need of diapers. You can donate online, contribute to IDB at JetCares.com, purchase diapers through our Amazon Wish List, or mail-in donations.
Due to negotiated bulk discount pricing, the IDB is able to stretch every dollar donated to buy nearly 3x the number of diapers that can be purchased by individuals. Nearly every penny you donate goes directly to the purchase of diapers to help babies in need, as the IDB is an all volunteer organization.
